Genpact LLC seeks Data Analyst-Business Intelligence (multiple positions) in Danville, IL. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining metrics, reports, data analysis, and dashboards using tools like Spotfire, Tableau, among others; analyzing data to extract meaningful features; recommending improvements; designing data models in Datawarehouse environments (e.g., Teradata, Oracle); leading ETL development with Informatica; creating and developing machine learning models using Python or R; developing deep neural network models with TensorFlow; utilizing NLP for unstructured data; writing SQL queries for large databases like Oracle, Redshift, Greenplum; collaborating with teams to resolve issues and implement features; working with stakeholders to gather requirements; maintaining and upgrading applications; creating new functionalities; fixing bugs; handling large datasets; training team members. Education:
A Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Technology, or related field with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position based in Danville, IL, with national travel (~15%). Salary: $118,789 to $124,728 per year.
