Weaver seeks a State and Local Tax (SALT) Senior Manager to lead our Sales & Use (Indirect) Tax division. The role involves managing complex tax engagements, developing innovative tax planning strategies, and staying updated on tax law changes across states. The Senior Manager will also mentor and develop team members. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field CPA, CMI, or JD 7+ years of state and local tax experience in a public accounting firm, focusing on indirect tax compliance and consulting Proven leadership in managing and developing staff Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Accounting or related field Strong relationship management and practice development skills Ability to attract and grow new and existing client relationships Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated range is $141,000 to $290,000, based on experience and location. We offer comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k) plan, flexible time off, in-house CPE, leadership coaching through WeaverLEAD, and a supportive, inclusive work environment. Application Process:
