Forensic Accounting / Litigation - Experienced Manager
to join our Forensics, Litigation & Valuation Services (FLVS) practice. You will work as part of a talented, highly experienced team on high-profile engagements, delivering high-quality analysis and advice across the business lifecycle. As an Experienced Manager, you will develop extensive expertise in complex forensic accounting, litigation, and financial consulting skills. This role offers opportunities for career growth through diverse engagements, mentoring, and formal learning. You will also have support to enhance your technical and leadership skills and contribute to shaping the practice’s future. Gather information about subject businesses as necessary to complete engagements, on-site when needed. Lead a team in analyzing data and preparing calculations and reports. Provide valuable financial insights and clarity to clients during all engagement stages, from case development to report preparation. Prepare thoroughly and handle meetings and calls with clients and opposing parties effectively. Maintain active communication to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, meet deadlines, and lead change efforts. Delegate and supervise project assignments appropriately. Participate in recruiting, training, supervising, and mentoring staff, supporting their career development. Maintain exceptional attention to detail, striving for error-free work and communications. Provide updates and briefings to principals to keep leadership informed of project status. Identify resources early for project completion, including beyond the immediate team. Develop and maintain relationships within the firm and with clients. Pursue new business development opportunities with existing and potential clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or MSc Finance preferred). Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in forensic accounting and/or litigation services. Relevant certifications preferred - CPA, CFF, CFE, ABV, CVA, CFA, MAFF. Strong leadership, communication, project management, and team-building skills. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills with clear business recommendations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent technical writing skills (clear, concise, with proper grammar). Interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships. Ability for light travel. The compensation range for this role is $133,400 to $289,040, influenced by skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Additional Details
