Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Are you a civil engineering professional with a passion for shaping communities? We are a well-established engineering consultancy in the Denver metro area seeking a Land Development Project Manager to lead site development projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team that values technical excellence, mentorship, and long-term client partnerships.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading the design and execution of land development projects from concept through construction. Managing internal teams and coordinating with external stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Providing technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff. Reviewing plans, calculations, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with local standards. Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Navigating permitting processes and maintaining strong relationships with local agencies.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development. Strong background in grading, drainage, water/sewer systems, and site layout. Proficiency in Civil 3D and related design tools. Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects. PE license in Colorado (or ability to obtain quickly). Familiarity with development regulations and permitting processes in the Front Range.
