Are you ready to build and scale something from the ground up? We’re looking for a Senior Manager- Marketplace Wallet to lead the development and growth of this innovative embedded payment product designed for our marketplace sellers across the globe. This is a rare opportunity to launch a program from 0-to-1. You’ll operate as the product owner of a high-impact initiative. You’ll define the vision, develop the strategy, launch the product, and drive adoption, monetization, and operational excellence. The position has high visibility within the organization and requires collaboration with a broad range of cross-functional teams and leaders across Walmart Marketplace. While this is currently an individual contributor role, it could evolve into a people leadership position as the program scales. What you'll do...

What You’ll Do End-to-End Strategy:

Develop the long-term strategy and roadmap for the Seller Wallet program, including user analysis and competitive analysis to generate actionable insights that drive Wallet's business strategy, service operations, and process improvements. Cross-Functional Execution:

Collaborate with Product, UX, and Tech teams to create best-in-class Seller Wallet experiences, including FX conversion and value-added fintech services. Identify opportunities for differentiation and continuous iteration. Thought Leadership:

Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, macro-economic factors, and emerging trends in embedded payments and fintech. Use these insights to identify and champion innovation opportunities in embedded finance. Program Success:

Define success metrics and develop dashboards to monitor and report performance to executives. Facilitate business review meetings with stakeholders to discuss strategic priorities and ensure accountability. Go-to-Market Leadership:

Partner with Marketing, GTM, and Account Management teams to drive product adoption, engagement, and monetization. Service Excellence:

Ensure high service quality and operational performance by partnering with operations teams and training front-line agents. Compliance & Risk:

Work with compliance, legal, and risk teams to develop processes that meet regulatory and risk standards. Data-Driven Insights:

Analyze seller feedback and data to derive insights and recommend improvements for the Seller Wallet experience. What You'll Bring

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Experience:

Minimum 10 years of professional experience with 5+ years in B2B payments, fintech, eCommerce, marketplace, or related fields. Competencies and Qualities:

Proven success in building and scaling 0-to-1 products or programs, strong understanding of wallets, payment infrastructure, compliance (KYC/KYB/AML), customer-centric approach, analytical skills, leadership, communication, drive, growth mindset, and expertise in cross-border transactions and FX are a plus.
