Remote/Hybrid Responsibilities
Advise and teach customers Relativity workflow solutions through outreach, content creation, presentations, and responding to customer inquiries. Develop onboarding guides and workflows for customers. Engage with customers to encourage product adoption and satisfaction. Represent customer perspectives during product development. Assist with administrative functions and manage interdepartmental projects. Provide thought leadership by speaking at industry events. Qualifications
Relativity Expert Project management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills At least seven years of e-discovery industry experience Strong problem-solving skills Advanced knowledge of Relativity Applications, Text Analytics, Assisted Review, Processing, and Legal Hold Compensation
Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000, based on experience and qualifications. Includes base salary, performance bonus, and long-term incentives. Additional Details
