We are seeking a motivated ‘Director, Solutions Architecture’ to join our team, focusing on growing and supporting Enterprise technical partnerships with the largest platforms and publishers in the media space. This role will primarily concentrate on documenting and developing key publisher and platform partnerships, as well as formulating integration opportunities that align with Kerv’s strategic goals across the streaming ecosystem. The ideal candidate will understand traditional and digital video advertising, underlying systems architecture, and will have a passion for media (in particular streaming/CTV), innovation, integrations, ad tech, and client service. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Partnership Support : Assist in managing and growing existing integrations with platforms (SSPs/DSPs/Ad Servers, etc.) to expand and deepen Kerv AI’s mechanical solutions with key partners. Sales Support & Strategy : Work alongside Enterprise leadership to support integration strategy and ideation with the goal of thoughtfully expanding KERV AI’s mechanical and integrations-based product footprint. Ecosystem Mapping : Organize and document key partner systems across publishers and platforms, with required upkeep and change management to remain current with any infrastructure shifts. Client Management : Foster strong relationships with platforms and clients, using a lens of crafting net-new opportunities and solutions by pairing KERV capabilities with client needs. Technical Architecture : Confidently craft and present product ideas to key internal stakeholders across Enterprise, Product and Dev teams, with the ability to lead external conversations with KERV AI’s platform partners and clients. Market Awareness : Undertake proactive research around key topics and trends in the industry, with an emphasis on major platform news, shifts in strategies by key partners, competitor tracking, and any impact analysis. Research will be presented to hiring manager and potentially Enterprise leadership. POV Creation : Maintain an on-going understanding and mastery of KERV’s core competencies as well as track and comprehend emerging technologies, especially technology threats. Platform/Partner Relationships : Build and nurture relationships with platform and partner companies, educating them on Kerv’s integrations and holding routine meetings to evolve and expand the partnership. WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience : 8+ years of experience in tech/media support, specifically within platforms and/or technology-first publishers. Proven track record in developing strategic solutions with an emphasis on integration-based/mechanical offerings. Relationships : Relationships within media platforms and publishers, with an understanding of their operations and integration aspirations. Communication Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Must be comfortable presenting to internal/external leadership as well as technical specialists, effectively communicating Kerv's value proposition. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for identifying opportunities to drive integrated solutions or expansions. Collaboration : Proven ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally, balancing the needs of external partners with internal peer stakeholders. Adaptability : Agile and adaptable to the rapidly evolving media landscape, with a passion for innovation and technology that drives industry-leading solutions. Accountability : A high degree of personal accountability, consistently delivering on commitments and taking ownership of both successes and areas for improvement. Curiosity:
