We are seeking an F100 Customer Support Program Manager. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the F100 Fleet Integration Organization with data collection, curation, analysis, and visualization. This is a high visibility role that interfaces with all business functions including sustainment program management, material management, production, strategy, engine management, operations, finance and more.

What You Will Do

Perform, collect and analyze Internal and External Customer Market Feedback Analysis Lead the F100 demand planning process to ensure reliable and accurate forecasting Create and maintain scripts/macros in VBA; dashboards in PowerBI, Qlik, and SharePoint Automate multiple data analytics processes from raw data to final output Support F100 Organization with ad-hoc data analysis, reports, and presentations Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree 8 years of aerospace, product or program, general, maintenance, and /or operations management experience or an advanced degree with 5 years 3+ years of experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes with demonstrated business success 2+ years of experience with Military Engines Programs Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship This position requires up to 10% travel

Qualifications We Prefer

Understanding/application of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning Master Data, MRP Scheduling, SAP, SIOP, Planning, and Inventory experience Demonstrated conflict resolution capability and ability to develop strong internal and external relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences Proven organizational and project management skills, forwarding thinking, strategic planning experience Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to analyze data and develop metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Excel Skills related to v-lookups, macros, Power Query, Qlik, PowerBI, VBA, Access Databases, and SQL

Onsite:

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
