Role Overview
We are looking for a
Sales Director
with a proven track record in
IT outsourcing, staffing, or Talent on Demand services . This is a high-impact role for a driven individual with an established sales network in IT hiring and recruitment. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Preference will be given to candidates based in the USA , though strong candidates from Europe with US market connections are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy
Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to drive immediate revenue growth. Leverage your existing network to acquire new clients and establish long-term relationships. Identify and penetrate mid-sized to large enterprises seeking Talent on Demand solutions.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Prospect, pitch, and close deals with hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement heads. Maintain and grow relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers. Understand client needs and tailor UpTechs Talent on Demand solutions accordingly.
Strategic Sales Leadership
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure. Drive partnerships, negotiations, and strategic alliances to strengthen market presence. Collaborate with internal teams (Talent Acquisition, Delivery, Marketing) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Market Expansion & Business Growth
Explore new markets and industries to expand UpTechs Talent on Demand footprint. Stay ahead of industry trends, providing market intelligence to refine sales approaches. Enhance brand visibility through industry events, forums, and digital networking.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT outsourcing, staffing, or Talent on Demand sales. Network: Strong existing connections with hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers in the IT talent market. Sales Success: Proven track record of acquiring and closing high-value deals efficiently. Solution Selling Expertise: Experience in contract-based IT staffing, offshore development teams, or managed IT services. Hunter Mentality: Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven approach to sales. Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional skills in engaging enterprise clients and securing high-value contracts.
Preferred Qualifications
Based in the USA (preferred) or Europe with strong US market connections. Experience in selling contract-based, nearshore/offshore IT talent solutions. Prior work with US or global markets in IT staffing or outsourcing. Familiarity with AI-driven hiring platforms and digital recruitment technologies.
