System Architect/Team Lead

The Puyenpa family of companies, comprised of multiple SBA Certified Native American Tribal 8(a) and multi-certified organizations, focuses on delivering Information Technology, Management Consulting, and General Construction solutions to the Federal Government and the Commercial Sector. We are actively seeking a System Architect/Team Lead for a full-time on-site position at a government facility in Washington DC. Telework may be authorized with coordination. A Top Secret clearance is required. This role supports the Team Awareness Kit Interagency program. Main responsibilities include: Providing support and communication with federal program managers and USSS team leaders. Maintaining communication with the Department of Defense and law enforcement partners. Attending classified meetings to learn about technological upgrades and modernization of the TAK platform. Collaborating with Cyber Security to ensure IT security compliance. Creating and updating reports, proposals, and documentation for platform upgrades. Developing SOPs, help desk flowcharts, and user guides for the TAK platform. Coordinating with mission planning systems and radio networks. Maintaining communication with government personnel about platform updates and issues. Recommending IT security plans for platform enhancements. Working with enterprise server teams on policies and procedures. Performing administrative, support, installation, and support tasks for servers and software. Ensuring physical and electronic security of equipment. Supporting infrastructure and end-user systems, including manuals and troubleshooting guides. Supporting accreditation and certification processes. Providing tier two escalation support for help desk issues. Supporting interagency communication during National Security Events. Supporting hardware and software upgrades and integration. Requirements include: Subject Matter Expert level expertise. 10 years in IT Systems Architecture. Experience with Azure, Linux, Windows, VMware, Network Security, Mobile Applications, MDM, Radio Networks, Geospatial servers. 10 years of TAK experience.
