Position Overview
Superset Labs seeks a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition, expand existing accounts, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You'll be a key player in demonstrating Union’s value proposition, nurturing relationships, and strategically guiding customers towards success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through targeted prospecting, outreach campaigns, and consultative sales approaches Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospective clients, showcasing Union’s capabilities and aligning them with client needs Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion Collaborate closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer transitions, maximum platform utilization, and client satisfaction Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams, contributing insights that drive product development and marketing strategies Attach a cover letter to this document that explains how you meet the above criteria and what you could bring to the team
Qualifications
While this is a remote position, we require our employees to be US-Based 2+ years of proven sales or account management experience selling B2B SaaS Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proven ability to effectively demonstrate software products and articulate value propositions to varied audiences Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Experience using CRM tools and familiarity with sales performance metrics Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience or strong familiarity with wellness, events, or education sectors Background in selling platforms involving livestreaming, video content, or marketing automation
