Summary This role is pivotal within SMBC MANUBANK's IT organization, supporting the Cash Management and Treasury Platform. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and vendors to implement software solutions that enhance customer experience, align with operational goals, and improve efficiency. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on project contributions, requiring engagement with leadership and stakeholders to ensure project success. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Manage the Cash Management and Treasury platform ecosystem, including enhancements, upgrades, and support Lead platform development and customizations Drive market-driven, customer-centric product strategies Oversee technology research, product selection, and proof of concept initiatives Document operational processes and assist with run book creation Ensure technical solutions meet business needs, adhere to SDLC, and comply with architecture standards Coordinate with third-party vendors on roadmaps and security Set and measure performance standards against SLAs and business metrics Communicate with stakeholders to align departmental capabilities with operational needs Optimize applications for speed and scalability Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of application development experience 5+ years of supervisory experience Experience as a Software Engineer/Developer for over 5 years At least 5 years in banking or financial services Hands-on experience with Cash Management and Treasury platforms Leadership skills to manage internal and external teams API integration experience Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences Proven leadership and employee development skills Project management abilities and experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred) Additional Information SMBC provides accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
