Senior Patent Counsel/Agent

We are seeking a skilled Patent Attorney to join our Cellular Standards Patenting team at Nokia Technologies. In this role, you will: Draft and prosecute Nokia's patent applications in the field of 3GPP technologies, collaborating with external and internal patent attorneys globally. Evaluate filed patent applications regularly. Review claim charts and collaborate to define claim scope and mapping to standards. Work closely with the inventor community. Qualifications include: Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics/Mathematics, or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience with 3GPP related patent applications and prosecution. Qualified European Patent Attorney, US Patent Attorney/Agent, or Indian Patent Agent. Preferred additional skills: Extensive experience with 3GPP radio-related technologies and standards. Ability to innovate and adapt to new methods. Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders. Excellent business judgment, analytical skills, and communication abilities. Results-driven mindset.
