We are looking for a skilled Patent Attorney to join our Cellular Standards Patenting team at Nokia Technologies. In this role, you will draft and prosecute Nokia's patent applications in the field of 3GPP technologies, collaborating with external and internal patent attorneys globally. You will contribute to protecting inventions related to 5G and 6G standards and work closely with researchers in the telecom industry. Your expertise will help build a leading, monetizable patent portfolio in cellular standards, supporting licensing and litigation efforts worldwide.

Draft and prosecute patent applications in-house and with external attorneys Evaluate filed patent applications regularly Review claim charts and collaborate to determine claim scope and standards mapping Work closely with inventors and stakeholders Qualifications: Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent At least 5 years of experience with 3GPP-related patent applications and prosecution Qualified European Patent Attorney, US Patent Attorney/Agent, or Indian Patent Agent Preferred Skills: Extensive experience with 3GPP radio technologies and standards Innovative mindset and adaptability Strong relationship-building skills Excellent business judgment, analytical skills, and communication Results-driven and collaborative team player Ability to motivate and inspire others Join us in creating technology that helps the world act together.
