What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Design electrical systems for mission-critical/data center projects Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery Perform technical evaluations and provide solutions to complex electrical engineering challenges Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Mentor and facilitate the growth of junior staff while coordinating workload across projects
What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis Minimum of 15 years of consulting engineering experience in designing high-reliability electrical systems Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent technical and specification writing abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Previous experience in Data Center/Mission Critical projects within an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm Extensive knowledge of the NEC, uninterruptible power systems, power distribution, and grounding systems Strong desire to stay current with trends in the mission-critical industry Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu, SKM Power Tools, CYMCAP, and Microsoft Office
