$180,000 - $215,000 + bonus My client, a highly known & respected law firm, are searching for a talented Real Estate Associate to join their practice and play a key role in structuring and negotiating real estate transactions & loans. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside leading Attorneys on complex commercial real estate transactions and financings across a wide range of asset classes and deal structures. As a firm they are ranked within the top 250 US-Based law firms in the NLJ 500, boasting a headcount of 140+ Attorneys, with a total of four offices spanning across the Tri-state area. This firm is a well-known name in the market, not just for their strong presence in Real Estate law, but also for the type of sophisticated matters they tend to deal with. This is a great opportunity, for someone working within a Boutique / Mid-Sized firm environment, with the desire to get involved in more complex matters with a more lucrative compensation structure. What you’ll be doing: Represent lenders, borrowers, and developers in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and commercial real estate financings, including mortgage and mezzanine loans Draft and negotiate a variety of transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, joint venture agreements, and commercial leases Conduct and manage due diligence, title and survey review, and closing logistics for commercial real estate deals What’s on offer?
