Responsibilities
Mentor and support junior agents to enhance team performance and client satisfaction. Lead and manage property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers and tenants. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of property transactions from listing to closing. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local real estate professionals. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on local market trends. Prepare and present detailed property reports and proposals to clients. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a lead agent or senior real estate agent, preferably in the Sioux City market Valid real estate license in the state of Iowa Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and mentor a team of agents effectively Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated ability to generate and close leads independently Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred but not required Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high ethical standards
