Job Description: Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements aligned with Agile methodologies. Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories with defined acceptance criteria. ct as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Support the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog for optimal business value. Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Create and maintain documentation including business process models, use cases, and user stories. Perform data analysis to identify business insights and improvement opportunities to support decision-making. Requirement/Must Have: Strong experience in Business Analysis and Data Analysis. Proficiency with cloud technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, and DBT. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience: 10-15 years of experience in an Agile development environment. t least 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst. Experience with software development processes and Test-Driven Development (TDD). Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. Should Have: Familiarity with Fivetran (HVR). Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation or automation. Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks. Excellent communication and servant leadership skills. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Leadership and interpersonal skills. bility to motivate and collaborate with teams. Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar. Qualification And Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
