Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is "On-Site" at the location detailed in the job post.Description:Performs Buy planning activities associated withManufacturing Resource Planning (MRP)transactions. Performs one or more multiplemanufacturing activities within variousmanufacturing functions. Maintains productionsystems integrity to drive inventory optimizationto minimize cost. Expedites and optimizesmaterial flow through the supply chain to meetcustomer requirements. Coordinates withProcurement and Sustainment Management toprovide control on buy parts, analyzes andcontrols production schedule and capacityrequirements, executes the plan, provides timelystatus and expedites or works around plans topreserve schedule. Coordinates with SupplyChain Stakeholders including Procurement andOperations Management to determineappropriate time phased plan for procured partsand executes processes to ensure deliverablesmeet production schedule requirements.Maintains MRP parameters including lead timesand lot sizes and coordinates with Engineeringand Change Board Rep to make the associatedchanges to the BOM.Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesBasic Qualifications:-Experience with Manufacturing (MRP) or Enterprise -Resource Planning (ERP).-SAP or equivalent experience.-Supply Chain experience-Bachelor's degreeDesired Skills:-Experience coordinating with Procurement andSustainment Management to provide control onbuy parts-Experience providing timely status and/orexpeditious "work around plan" to preserveschedule-Experience expediting and optimizing materialflow through the supply chain to meet customerrequirements-Experience analyzing and controlling theproduction schedule and capacity requirements-Database managementexperience.-Materials Planning experience.Clearance Level:NoneOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest:By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
