Role Overview
As a
Sales Engineer
at Revmo, you'll play a critical role in the pre- and post-sales lifecycle. You’ll help bring our AI agents to life by crafting compelling demos, owning technical discovery, overseeing agent implementation and integrations, and continually optimizing agent performance. You’ll serve as the technical backbone of our sales motion and the frontline engineer for client success. Key Responsibilities
: Collaborate with Account Executives to design and deliver tailored product demos that highlight Revmo's capabilities Translate customer pain points into technical solutions using Revmo’s voice AI agent platform Participate in technical discovery calls and RFP responses to ensure client needs are accurately scoped Lead onboarding meetings with clients, detailing timelines in the process and expectations for the clients on what is needed from them for a successful launch. Agent Implementation & Integration Lead deployment of AI agents across new client environments Integrate Revmo with client tools (POS systems, CRMs, loyalty platforms, etc.) using APIs and no-code tools Customize agent behavior based on client workflows and call flows Perform QA and ensure adequate testing of agents and preparedness for launch Agent Optimization & Performance Triage Monitor agent performance post-deployment, identifying opportunities for improvement in accuracy, speed, and user experience Investigate and resolve technical issues, collaborating with Product and Engineering as needed Continually refine agents using call data, user feedback, and business goals Triage incoming support requests from new and existing clients Data Insights & Analysis Pull and interpret performance data from dashboards, analytics tools, and voice logs Provide insights to Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to guide roadmap and client retention Build internal tools or frameworks to streamline repeatable engineering tasks (optional, but a plus) What We're Looking For Experience 2–4 years in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Customer Success role, ideally in SaaS or AI/automation Hands-on experience with API integrations, low-code tools, or configuring conversational AI/chatbots/IVRs is a major plus 1-2 years leveraging modern LLM technologies (ChatGPT, Claude, etc), especially in conversational applications for business clients. Skills Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Data- and outcome-oriented mindset with a bias toward action Familiarity with telephony concepts (e.g. call routing, SIP, porting) is a bonus Comfort navigating tools like HubSpot, Postman, Zapier, Google Sheets, or Python (even at a light level) What You’ll Love About Revmo Early-stage growth — big opportunity to shape the function Dynamic team of builders who value grit and experimentation Real impact on revenue, product roadmap, and customer experience Competitive compensation and flexible work environment Seniority level
