Controller Located in Pepper Pike, OH Salary: $150K - $200K; Depending on Experience Qualifications : Must have extensive experience as a Controller Previous experience in a corporate role at a long-term care facility is preferred Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations Ability to assist with all aspects of finance for the facilities Strong grasp of generally accepted accounting principles and concepts Proficient in Excel Must have supervisory background overseeing accountants, AP, and AR departments Advanced computer skills; Computer knowledge and ability with aptitude to learn applicable software Responsibilities: Will have oversight of financial reporting for 5 skilled nursing facilities and future acquisitions Oversee Accounts Payable, Purchasing, cash flow, and all contracts Develop, analyze, and interpret statistical and accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of net assets available for benefits, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization.
