Job Description
The Product Manager Lead Consultant is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of products within Allstate's growing portfolio. This role involves establishing strategic product visions, conducting discovery, creating roadmaps, and managing backlogs to maximize customer and enterprise value. Successful Product Managers validate assumptions through discovery techniques, work closely with stakeholders, and develop go-to-market and communication strategies for their products.
Key Responsibilities
Author, test, and accept user stories. Define and track metrics to measure success and inform strategy. Contribute to creating the product strategy for one or more digital products. Utilize customer feedback, market analysis, and data to inform decisions. Decompose complex problems into manageable tasks and prioritize the backlog. Manage the product backlog and provide stakeholder feedback on development iterations. Represent the voice of the customer by engaging with current and potential users. Participate in discovery and test-and-learn activities to validate assumptions and directions. Education
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities

Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Skills

Annual salary ranges from $104,000 to $187,625, based on experience and qualifications. The candidate will be required to undergo a background check. Allstate does not sponsor visas for this role.
