The Practice Leader will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our Water/Wastewater projects, providing technical expertise, and driving strategic growth. Responsibilities:
Provide guidance on design and technical aspects of projects. Prepare proposals and client agreements. Monitor project tasks, budgets, and schedules with project managers. Oversee technical and professional development of project teams. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, public agencies, and community leaders. Participate in professional associations and civic organizations. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in agricultural or civil engineering (ABET-accredited). Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas. At least 15 years managing projects, with 10+ years leading projects, preferably in Houston. Expertise in water supply, treatment, booster stations, wastewater treatment, or large pipe installation. Strong communication skills, leadership, and relationship-building abilities. Active involvement in professional and civic organizations. Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
