A Los Angeles-based boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation and Transactional Attorney to handle complex matters involving real estate, business, and probate. Duties
Represent clients in litigation matters related to business, real estate, and probate/trusts Draft pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents Conduct legal research and analysis Participate in mediations, negotiations, court hearings, and trials Draft and review business and real estate transactional documents Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on multidisciplinary cases Maintain and grow strong client relationships Potential to contribute to business development and firm leadership Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience practicing law in litigation and some transactional work Experience handling matters involving business, real estate, probate, or trusts Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently Willingness to handle both litigation and transactional responsibilities Prior experience with high-net-worth clients is a plus Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Certifications
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar Skills
Strong writing and analytical skills Persuasive oral and written advocacy Business acumen and client service orientation Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Entrepreneurial mindset and team-oriented approach Potential for path to shareholder role Collegial, professional, and mentorship-oriented environment Opportunity to work with sophisticated private wealth clients Involvement in both litigation and high-level transactional work Company info
