Senior Operations Engineer in Deployment & Ramp for Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging Customer Experience . About the Role:
In this role, you will oversee multiple products, programs, and projects related to deploying MSP solutions at both new and operational fulfillment centers. Your primary responsibilities include managing installation, commissioning, and performance ramp-up, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position requires extensive travel across North America, and possibly internationally. Key Responsibilities: Manage project plans and technical solutions, including problem statement and resource requirements. Influence deployment and performance strategies with senior leadership. Own tactical planning for complex installations, managing contractors and vendors. Develop resource and budget plans, set deployment standards, and improve deployment and machine performance processes. Communicate program status and performance to stakeholders. Travel as needed for project execution, up to 75% or more. Qualifications: 5+ years managing large projects. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong technical background in automation or material handling equipment. Preferred: Master's degree in engineering, operations, or related STEM field.
