Overview
In the absence of the Night Crew Lead, the Night Crew Back Up Person In Charge oversees Night Crew staff. They assist in the operation of the Grocery department by placing grocery orders, receiving and checking orders, storing and rotating products, arranging credits from vendors and processing invoices as assigned. They stock and face grocery displays with attention to quantity, quality, timeliness, appearance of displays and the merchandising plan. Oversees and coaches Night Crew staff Assists in the operation of the grocery department by placing grocery orders, receiving and checking orders, storing and rotating products, arranging credits from vendors and processing invoices Stocks and faces products throughout the store Stocks and faces grocery displays with attention to quantity, quality, timeliness, appearance of displays and the merchandising plan Helps maintain integrity of organic standards for the bulk department Operates all equipment in accordance with PCC standards Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met Models and provides excellent, professional customer service May be asked to handle price changes and signage Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met
Qualifications and Skills
Available to work the overnight shift, including weekends Proven ability to provide excellent, professional customer service Demonstrated organizational and time management skills Previous grocery and ordering experience required Excellent leadership, teambuilding and communication skills Excellent communication skills Must be able to meet physical demands including standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion, and lifting 10-40lbs on a regular basis A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required Benefits and Perks
Additional $1.25/hour Night Differential when applicable.
