Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate investment and commercial real estate opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, property managers, and developers.
Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, property valuation, and investment strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams on property acquisitions, sales, and leasing transactions.
Manage the end-to-end transaction process, ensuring compliance and a smooth client experience.
Stay updated on market trends and industry regulations to offer the best advice to clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in investment or commercial real estate transactions. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in market analysis, financial modeling, and investment evaluations. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems and technology tools for client management. Compensation
