Come join the Intuit Invoicing & Payments team as a Manager 3, Software Engineering. As Intuit expands its footprint in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segment, you will be part of the group enabling Invoicing & Payments to expand into these segments by leveraging AI and relevant technology frameworks. Responsibilities

This leader will build a new team in NY for Invoicing & Payments focused on Mid Market customers, partnering with core Invoicing & Payments teams and other mid-market technology groups. Opportunity to build a team from scratch and align with both core Invoicing & Payments and mid-market technologists. Manage Invoicing & Payments engineers dedicated to the mid-market, along with contributing engineers supporting the core product. Think strategically and drive results by building high-performing teams with the right talent at the right time. Lead innovation by encouraging new ideas and fostering collaboration among teams to deliver outstanding customer solutions. Create and deliver customer-driven software products that address current needs while preparing for future growth. Build shared vision and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with partners across the business, including Program Management, Product Management, and Design. Possess full-stack experience in building solutions with both frontend and backend capabilities. Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop engineers, supporting their technical growth and career advancement. Stay updated on advancements in Gen AI, automation, and related technologies to enhance agent experiences. Compensation

Intuit offers a competitive package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The base pay range for this role in New York, NY is $235,500 - $318,500, with eligibility for bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is determined based on experience, skills, and location, with ongoing efforts to ensure pay equity across demographics. Minimum Requirements

8+ years of experience leading software engineering teams delivering customer-driven products. Proven ability to lead change, empower teams, and develop product visions and innovative solutions. Experience delivering solutions for Mid-market / Enterprise customers. Experience working on multi-tenant solutions with complex branching and release processes. Strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills. At least 14-16 years of hands-on software development experience with specific technical expertise. Experience with Agile methodologies, SaaS, and related technologies. Strong communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Full-stack development experience in frontend and backend. Experience building real-time platforms supporting multi-tenant solutions. Familiarity with AI and GenAI technologies. Experience in Fintech, financial risk, fraud, or payments is advantageous. A proven track record of execution, engineering excellence, and customer focus.
