Asset Manager- Multifamily

Our established Florida based client seeks a dynamic and experienced Asset Manager with Multifamily expertise Responsibilities include: Evaluate and direct the overall performance for assigned multifamily portfolio Effectuate strategic decisions, implementing owner/equity partners investment objectives to achieve each asset’s income, expense and targeted IRRs Identify value creation opportunities and develop action plans to achieve desired results Maintain close relationships and direct communication with lenders on existing investments, preparing investor reports via Investor Relations team and respond to investor requestors for information Lead the preparation, implementation and review of property budgets, variance analysis and business plans Analyze capital improvement project plans to determine profitability and consistency regarding investment strategy Monitor capital project progress Review distributions to investor partners Work directly with Acquisitions team to review and validate underwriting and participate in due diligence activities Assist with ensuring compliance with loan and JV covenants Requirements include: BS/BA required in Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting preferred 7+ years Real Estate Asset Management experience. Multifamily preferred Strong Excel financial modeling and cash flow analysis Knowledge of commercial real estate fundamentals, investments and market analysis Superior analytical, written and verbal communication skills required Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels within the organization Proactive thinker with creative problem solving approach Knowledge of Yardi software preferred Compensation commensurate with experience- $175K-$200K+ Bonus
