team! The IT Field Services Team Lead manages the workload of the Regional Field Services Team. The role involves resourcing day-to-day operations and projects throughout the assigned region, providing task management, priority setting, and issues management to a team of Field Services Technicians. The Team Lead mentors team members and promotes a collaborative team environment. They work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure projects and MACDs are properly resourced. Acting as a liaison to the customer and IT, they promote excellent customer service at all levels. In conjunction with the Regional IT Manager and System IT Operations Director, the Team Lead supports the goals and direction of the department and organization. This role differs from a Manager in that it does not include responsibilities such as hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, salary management, or team budget and resource forecasting. HOURS:

Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks. Experience/Qualifications: Associate degree or higher in Information Systems or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in a healthcare IT role supporting end-user devices in a hospital or clinic setting Required: ITIL 4 Foundation Certification Required: Successful completion of one or more of the following certifications: Microsoft MD-100, MD-101, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ Strong analytical skills for developing and implementing system changes Excellent communication and organizational skills Knowledge of operational processes and process improvement Critical thinking and reasoning skills Ability to manage small to medium projects Effective multitasking and prioritization skills Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain confidentiality Exemplary customer service skills Employee Benefits: Full benefits packages for part- and full-time employees PTO starting from day one Generous retirement plan with match Wellness program for employees and families Aspirus Wausau Hospital, the flagship of the Aspirus system, serves northeastern Minnesota, northern and central Wisconsin, and Michigans Upper Peninsula.
