Overview
The Senior Human Resource Specialist is responsible for managing the employee life cycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and termination, as well as administering employee benefits. Responsibilities
Provides advice on complex classification matters and interpretation of policies and regulations. Assists in developing briefing and update materials for senior Army leadership. Prepares, submits, and tracks recruitment packages for DASA DEC vacancies, from initiation through onboarding. Prepares, submits, and tracks awards and other personnel actions for DASA DEC government personnel as required. Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s Degree 5 years of HR experience Active Secret clearance required Company Overview
