Project Engineer Water Treatment / Wastewater Treatment / Heavy Civil Construction
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to oversee Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), and Heavy Civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage project execution, align schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project. - Supervise heavy civil/WTP/WWTP construction activities, including backfill, yard piping, concrete structures, and mechanical installations. - Track project costs using ProCore, HeavyBid, and other financial tools. - Liaise with stakeholders to communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. - Implement quality control plans, conduct site inspections, and enforce safety protocols.
Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred. - 5+ years in WTP/WWTP or Heavy Civil construction with self-performing contractors. - Proficient in Primavera P6, ProCore, HeavyBid. - Strong understanding of construction processes, cost control, and project management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
