The Solution Delivery Organization aligns with the enterprise process framework to support business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management. As part of this team, the Coupa Analyst will analyze business processes, collaborate with Solution Architects, Process Analysts, and specialists to develop, document, and deliver an end-to-end indirect procurement process and systems solutions. The role requires strong alignment and understanding of Coupa and its connection to SAP modules to deliver industry-best practices while enabling Client.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide deep Coupa functional and technical expertise in the Source to Pay end-to-end process area, with proven knowledge of integration points between SAP and Coupa. Contribute to the design and deployment of end-to-end solutions, working cross-departmentally with IT delivery teams to ensure effective development and implementation. Participate in end-to-end design workshops, applying industry best practices and Coupa implementation experience. Analyze company sourcing processes, identify deviations from best practices, and drive towards standardized global processes. Document fit/gap analyses and design decisions, ensuring deviations from out-of-the-box functionality have clear business justification. Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW). Collaborate with third-party vendors for technical consulting during solution design, development, and ongoing support. Partner with development teams to ensure technical design aligns with functional specifications and adheres to quality standards. Configure system settings, including content groups, enterprise structures, chart of accounts, approval chains, purchase orders, tax codes, requisition processes, invoicing, receipts, tolerances, and best Coupa practices. Provide input on architecture, security, and data standards to ensure end-to-end solutions comply with these benchmarks. Support role-based security design and solutions. Identify technology risks and opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Deliver regular status updates and documentation for assigned projects and improvement work. Estimate time and resource needs for identified solutions. Transition project implementation to the support organization through documentation and knowledge transfer. Resolve escalated support issues with technical expertise. Provide technical input in audits and compliance checks when needed. Identify and implement business process continuous improvement opportunities. Job Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Coupa and SAP modules; experience with S/4HANA highly preferred. Knowledge of standard Source to Pay Coupa processes and global localizations. Familiarity with SAP solutions covering Source to Pay processes like Material Management, Supplier Management, Contract Management, Procurement, and Invoicing/Payments. Ability to collaborate with developers to test and verify solutions meet business requirements. Strong analytical, organizational, and process management skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities to convey technical and non-technical information effectively. Ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapt to changing priorities, and cope with rapidly evolving information. Capability to evaluate and negotiate priorities, adapting team assignments as needed. Strong ability to communicate current trends and technologies to address business needs and capabilities at all organizational levels. Efficiently interact and work across employee levels while maintaining professionalism and challenging the status quo. Maintain a positive work culture through teamwork and conflict resolution. Willingness to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or shifts to meet deadlines. Ability and willingness to travel by auto or air as needed. Education:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field is required. Preferred Skills:
