The Senior Systems Analyst will lead the implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of Workforce Software (WFS) solutions, ensuring they align with business goals, compliance requirements, and HR operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end WFS Time & Attendance and Absence Management implementations. Conduct business process analysis and document requirements. Configure WFS modules, including standard reporting and translation features. Support system integrations (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll). Perform unit, integration, UAT, and payroll parallel testing. Provide training and documentation for end users and internal teams. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance process automation and system capability. Stay current on WFS innovations, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement. Support additional SAP SF modules as needed. Required Qualifications:

58 years of hands-on WFS configuration and implementation experience. Experience in USA and Canada compliance (other regions a plus). Strong background in system testing and data validation. Ability to travel as required; occasional weekend or holiday work to meet deadlines. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills in fast-paced environments. Preferred Skills:

Experience with Job Scheduling, Forecasting/Demand Scheduling. Experience integrating WFS with SAP SF ECP, Benefits, and other HR systems. Exposure to other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., EC, LMS, PMGM). Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards for Time & Attendance.
