DATA SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANT PROFESSOR 2024-25 FACULTY POSITION Tallahassee State College is a dynamic and growing comprehensive community college located in Tallahassee, Florida. The College's 2024 fall enrollment had more than 12,000 students. For over 55 years, TSC has served its three-county district of Leon, Gadsden, and Wakulla counties providing pathways to economic mobility. The College enjoys a strong reputation for teaching excellence and producing graduates with associate in arts degrees, associate in science degrees, college credit certificates, and workforce-ready credentials. Tallahassee is home to two state universities, Florida State University and Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. Faculty responsibilities include instruction, curriculum, service and support of college policies and procedures, and professional development. Starting salaries for instructional faculty positions are competitive and commensurate with degrees and experience. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field (e.g., Data/Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering); or Master's degree and 18 graduate semester hours in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field as listed above.
