Staff Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Salesforce Provisioning Our general and administrative teams support and scale our company by growing our workforce, nurturing our culture, supporting operations, and maintaining infrastructure. Join us to leverage your passion, drive, and expertise with the world's cloud security leader. We seek an experienced Staff Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to optimize our Salesforce platform for provisioning processes. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, Sales Engineers, and Order Operations to design, implement, and refine Salesforce solutions that improve cloud provisioning for our products. This role requires strong Salesforce expertise, business acumen, and a collaborative approach. Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to product provisioning and sales operations, translating them into technical solutions. Salesforce Solution Design & Implementation:
Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to support provisioning workflows, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automations. Cloud Provisioning Optimization:
Streamline and automate workflows across Salesforce and cloud platforms to enable seamless deployment of products for pre-sales demos and post-sales enablement. Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:
Act as liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment, documentation, and user training to maximize Salesforce adoption. Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
Use Salesforce and Tableau analytics to monitor workflows, identify improvements, and recommend data-driven enhancements. Minimum Qualifications
Education & Certifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field Experience: 5+ years in Salesforce roles, with expertise in Sales Cloud and SaaS provisioning/order management workflows Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, automation, and scalable solution design Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications
