We are seeking a Platform Architect with deep HR domain experience to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing architectural strategies across business and IT landscapes. This role demands strong consultative and influential communication skills to bridge technology with business needs effectively. A background in ABAP development is essential to understanding the technical depth of HR systems and guiding the future of platform architecture. Top Requirements: HR Domain Experience as a Platform Architect Strong consultative and influential communication skills — able to engage and align with both business and IT stakeholders ABAP Development Background — deep understanding of SAP technologies and development best practices Note: While the core requirements are preferred, candidates with exceptional capabilities in two of the three may still be considered. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Cluster Architects, and Technical Leads to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and strategic goals Define, maintain, and evolve technology roadmaps for the HR platform Ensure platform architecture effectively addresses and anticipates business requirements Act as a knowledge leader on how multiple technical components work in unison to deliver functional and scalable HR solutions Guide the technical and business roadmaps for HR platforms Engage with key business domains to promote technology and business alignment Develop and uphold architecture standards, reference models, guidelines, and patterns Work alongside architecture governance teams to ensure practices stay current and aligned with enterprise-wide needs Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Platform or Solution Architect in the HR domain Deep understanding of SAP HR solutions, especially in ABAP-based environments Expertise in defining and managing enterprise-level architecture roadmaps Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams Experience developing and implementing architecture standards and governance Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities Comfortable leading architecture discussions in Agile and enterprise environments
