Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Architect

to design, lead, and guide complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules. This role requires strong architectural expertise, leadership skills, and deep platform knowledge to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow solutions. Location:

Solution Architecture Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, CMDB) Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices Strategic Planning Collaborate with stakeholders to define ServiceNow roadmaps and architecture vision Align platform solutions with business and operational goals Customization & Configuration Lead customization and configuration while ensuring scalability and platform integrity Integration Design Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, and MID Server Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems (LDAP, AD, SAP, APIs, cloud platforms) Leadership & Governance Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams Establish governance, security, access control, and compliance processes Platform Optimization Optimize performance, usability, CMDB structure, and workflows Drive continuous improvements and cost efficiency Documentation & Upgrades Create architecture diagrams, workflows, and implementation documentation Lead upgrades, patching, and enhancements aligned with ServiceNow releases Required Qualifications

Experience 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience 3+ years in a Lead or Architect role Technical Skills Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and best practices Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB, and CSDM Advanced scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules) Experience with Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence Knowledge of update sets, version control, deployments, and governance frameworks Certifications (Preferred) ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CTA Process & Methodologies Strong ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management) Experience with Agile methodologies and large-scale implementations
