Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Applications Engineer with experience in process, quality, and development engineering. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our customers by providing technical expertise, developing and optimizing processes, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to product development. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and expertise to customers regarding product applications, performance, and troubleshooting. Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Conduct process and quality audits to ensure adherence to company standards and customer requirements. Collaborate with the development team to design and test new products and features, ensuring they meet customer needs and quality standards. Analyze and resolve technical issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and quality control plans. Work closely with the sales team to provide technical presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing customers. Participate in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and new product introductions. Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers on product applications, processes, and quality standards.
