Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR and Recruiter to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and managing various HR functions to ensure a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for finding and nurturing talent. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings. Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires. HR Functions: Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company. Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture. Maintain employee records and manage HR databases with confidentiality and accuracy. Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with related inquiries. Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Facilitate new employee orientation and ongoing training sessions. Performance Management: Support the performance review process and help managers set employee goals. Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment. Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
