Develop and improve user experience strategies through user interviews, surveys, journeys, storyboards, and contextual inquiries. Assess gaps between business expectations and user experience, applying trends in user consumption habits. Analyze data from web analytics, surveys, and support calls to inform interactive design solutions and mitigate risks. Stakeholder management, communication, and engagement, adapting to cultural differences for business value. Lead cross-functional initiatives, encouraging international collaboration with best practices and shared goals. Facilitate brainstorming sessions, resolve issues, and encourage diverse perspectives for creativity and growth. What you'll bring:
Expert in research principles, best practices, data analysis, and identifying information gaps, ensuring accuracy and addressing legal risks.
