Head of Marketing

to lead

all aspects of marketing, product management, pricing, sponsorships, and digital strategy

for our North American business unit. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while shaping the long-term vision. Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Strategy Translate global marketing objectives into a regionalized, high-impact strategy aligned with sales and business priorities. Lead, mentor, and upskill a team to improve foundational marketing skills and processes Develop and execute a balanced B2B and B2C marketing strategy, ensuring we reach and engage both key distributors and end consumers effectively. Drive a culture of accountability with clear KPIs, ROI measurement, and process improvement. 2. Hands-On Execution Oversee and personally drive campaign execution, go-to-market launches, trade marketing, and event management. Lead all aspects of sponsorships, including strategic partnerships, racing and motorsports sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand exposure and market penetration. Own and refine our digital marketing and e-commerce presence, collaborating with global teams on execution. Ensure a consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints. 3. Product, Pricing & Market Expansion Lead product marketing strategy, ensuring clear positioning, messaging, and launch excellence. Work cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, and HQ to refine pricing strategy and optimize product-market fit. Identify new opportunities for brand visibility and growth within both B2B and B2C channels. Responsible for monitoring market & competitors pricing levels, defining the adequate positioning for our offer, and ensuring overall profitability across all channels. 4. Budget & Performance Tracking Own the marketing budget and ensure investments deliver strong ROI and measurable growth. Build structured reporting processes to track campaign performance, sponsorship effectiveness, digital engagement, and sales impact. Profile

Who You Are ? A

seasoned marketing leader

with at least

10+ years of experience , ideally in

B2B and B2C

industries such as

automotive, powersports, or consumer goods . ? A

hands-on executor

who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting things donethis is

not just a strategy role . ?

Experienced in sponsorships and partnerships , with a deep understanding of how to leverage motorsports, influencers, and brand ambassadors for growth. ?

Digital and e-commerce savvy , with a strong grasp of

campaign execution, paid media, and performance marketing . ?

A strong mentor and coach , capable of

upskilling a team

and establishing best practices in marketing operations. ? Adept at

product marketing and pricing strategy ,with experience collaborating across functions. ? Data-driven, with a passion for

measuring and optimizing marketing performance.

Certified in

digital marketing, project management
