Your New Role:

CNN is looking for a Manager, Growth Marketing Operations to drive operational excellence and efficiency for the Product Marketing team in Growth, part of our Digital Products & Services division. This role focuses on building, streamlining, tracking, and managing cross-functional workflows, resources, and processes that support end-to-end marketing campaign development and execution across web, in Apple and Google apps, and across CTV. The role will support product marketing initiatives aimed at engaging audiences across the full funnel to drive subscriptions and retention.

The ideal candidate will facilitate team onboarding, training, and performance reporting, ensuring smooth collaboration among Product Marketing, Product, Design, Content Design/UX, Data, Research, Brand, Media, and Communications teams.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Operating Rhythms:

Develop and oversee marketing rhythms to ensure team alignment and cross-functional consistency. Facilitate regular updates, meetings, and syncs.

End-to-End Campaign Process Development:

Manage marketing initiatives, coordinate timelines, resources, and tasks, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Marketing Documentation Ownership:

Maintain all marketing documentation, create a centralized repository for campaign briefs, playbooks, and performance analyses.

Qualifications:

7+ years in digital marketing, product marketing, marketing operations, campaign or project management, preferably in a B2C subscription-based business.

Understanding of product development from ideation to launch.

Experience managing complex marketing campaigns across cross-functional teams.

Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Self-starter with a focus on process improvement.

Strategic thinking with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.

Actual salaries vary based on factors such as market data, location, skills, experience, and performance.
