DTSV, Inc. Description The Industrial Security Specialist III maintains responsibility for conducting daily security functions to ensure the protection of government assets in accordance with NISPOM. Responsibilities and Skills Adhere to government policies and regulations governing security suitability and eligibility, such as FIS, E.O. 12968, 13526, 10450, CFRs, SEADs, ICD 704, and others for adjudication recommendations. Maintain expertise in NISPOM and DHS/CISA security standards. Review, draft, and request approval for DD Form 254 throughout its lifecycle. Conduct reviews and provide recommendations for classified contract approval checklists. Track trend data, draft reports, and incident reports for violations. Evaluate National Interest Determination and Foreign Ownership Control and Influence. Understand advancements in National Security, Critical Infrastructure, interagency security, and related areas. Assist in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures. Implement security directives and resolve complex security issues in coordination with senior specialists. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. Active Top-Secret clearance. At least 4 years of experience in industrial security administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn government and customer systems such as ISMS. Physical Demands Work is performed in an office environment requiring standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, and continuous computer use.
