Onsite Role Responsibilities
Leads in the research, analysis, identification, and evaluation of data. Possesses and maintains extensive knowledge of the Healthcare domain, products, programs, organizational structure, and research principles/methodologies. Develops communication channels to review analysis results with management via reports and presentations, and assists in implementing solutions. Investigates, reviews, recommends, and communicates solutions to identify root causes of issues. Identifies and resolves challenges to meet corporate objectives, manages change, and organizes team activities. Independently develops reports, papers, and other materials clearly and concisely. Provides expertise and guidance to staff as required. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field. Master's Degree preferred. Six or more years of related experience, including in areas such as financial analysis, healthcare economics, policy, statistical modeling, or business management.
