Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled

Genesys Cloud Developer

with extensive experience in Genesys Engage and Genesys Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized Genesys Cloud flows, integrations, and automation solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud-based contact center technologies and deliver transformative solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test

Genesys Cloud flows

utilizing common modules, data actions, data tables, and other components. Implement and enhance

Genesys Cloud

solutions using SDKs and APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and propose technical solutions. Develop and maintain

automation scripts using Python and JavaScript

to configure and manage Genesys Cloud. Integrate

Genesys Cloud with Salesforce CTI

and other third-party applications. Build and manage

digital bots for chat and email

within the Genesys Cloud ecosystem. Implement

Workforce Engagement Management (WEM)

solutions. Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot Genesys Cloud applications to ensure stability and optimal performance. Create detailed documentation on design, data handling, error management, monitoring, alerting, and testing processes. Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience

in designing, developing, and testing Genesys Cloud flows. Strong understanding of

Genesys Engage and CTI Genesys . Experience with

Python and JavaScript

for scripting and automation within Genesys Cloud. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies. Proven experience integrating Genesys Cloud with

Salesforce CTI

and third-party systems. Solid experience with

AWS Lex , especially in creating natural language understanding (NLU) capabilities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with cloud services like

AWS or Azure . Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Genesys Cloud Certifications (Preferred but not required). Why Join Us?
