The Chief Scrum Master will organize, plan, and lead work management functions for the OPIR TAP Lab and BGIF product teams. Duties include, but are not limited to, identifying and recommending work tasks/projects that are appropriate for work management tracking and analysis, coordinating among SSC/SNGT teams at the BGIF/GoG, recommending suitable work metrics, leading collection and analysis of work task data, and reporting to the Government as required. The Chief Scrum Master or similar function shall have at least a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field, at least 10 years industry-related experience, plus intermediate or higher training and certification in Agile or other appropriate work management methodologies. The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 150,000 to 240,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
