Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent education and experience. 5+ years of functional and technical experience with Workday. 8+ years of combined experience in project management, support, and implementation of Workday HRMS ERP systems. Preferred but not required:

Workday Certified in HCM, Advanced Compensation, Business Processes, Recruiting, and Security. 3-5 years of direct experience within an organization. 3 years of experience managing a team. Technical and Functional Skills:

Proven experience managing Workday HCM ERP system implementations. Full lifecycle implementation experience with Workday HCM, including technical knowledge of HRMS applications. Experience with the RFP process and vendor selection/management. Strong background in business process mapping. Expertise in change management and post-go-live support. Involvement in End-to-End and User Acceptance Testing for Workday implementations and enhancements. Experience preparing, testing, and implementing Workday updates. Ability to develop and deliver HCM training for users at all levels. Lead resource commitment sessions with business and tech teams for project delivery. Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, executives, and bridging gaps between technical and business teams. Skilled in understanding and supporting end-user requirements. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday. Basic problem-solving skills with relevant software applications. Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the implementation of a fully integrated Workday HCM system in areas like Recruiting, HR, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll. Provide hands-on configuration and evaluation of HCM configurations, security assignments, and business processes. Lead End-to-End and User Acceptance testing for HCM implementations and new enhancements. Configure and build bonus and time off plans efficiently. Manage HCM and Payroll design, configuration, validation, testing, payroll parallel, and go-live production cutover. Document use cases and assist with data mapping. Support integration file builds, proof of concept, and configuration integration testing. Ensure records are managed in compliance with the company's Records Management policies. Assist business owners in preparing documentation for audits and reviews (e.g., FTA triennial reviews, drug/alcohol audits, state audits, and EEO program audits). Perform other duties as assigned. Rate:
