We are seeking a highly motivated Configuration Manager to oversee and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure configuration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing configuration management processes, tools, and documentation to ensure system stability, consistency, and compliance. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain configuration management plans and procedures Manage the configuration management database (CMDB) and ensure its accuracy Oversee change management processes and coordinate with relevant teams Conduct regular audits of system configurations and resolve discrepancies Implement and maintain version control systems for software and documentation Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure proper configuration across all environments Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures Assist in troubleshooting configuration-related issues Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in configuration management Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational/Technical Education in a technical field or equivalent work experience 3+ years of related work experience TS/SCI w/ poly is required Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and configuration management principles Experience with configuration management tools Familiarity with version control systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Desired

The salary range for this position is $66,100 - $135,600, influenced by factors such as location, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
