The Senior EDI Technical Analyst provides oversight and support for EDI transactions between the internal systems and customer systems. The position is responsible for setting up new EDI trading partners and performing system configuration, mapping, and management for EDI-based transactions and processes for new customers and vendors. In addition, the incumbent will maintain and/or modify existing systems to ensure customer and business requirements are met, as well as diagnose and resolve system issues. What You Need to Know: Manage single inbound queue of Customer EDI requests, including changes and set-up of new EDI trading partners. Works directly with both internal and external customers to gather all business and technical requirements for each EDI transaction, including understanding of any required business operational changes from order acceptance through fulfillment. Ensure complete testing of end-to-end processes associated with any EDI transactions, coordinate testing with business personnel. Manage/work queue of EDI-related day-to-day issues using our CRM tool, including assignment of actions to key business groups to address configuration root causes. Work with the EDI application development team around all new/change/fix requests for EDI. Work with/manage EDI mapping requests with our 3rd party vendor. Work closely with project manager to manage/report on all EDI projects and daily requests/issues using our ticketing system. Maintain request and priority queue. Provide input and detail to PM supporting governance, status, and prioritization processes. Document Business System Rules, Process Flow Work Instructions. What We Are Looking For: Associate Degree in Information Technology or similar field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 7 years EDI trading partner requirements analysis, mapping execution, and ongoing maintenance. Experience in managing 3rd party vendors is a significant plus. Knowledge of supply chain and distribution systems and processes. Additional Responsibilities: Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls. Raising risks, issues, and escalation to senior management and customer. Creating all quality documents, collecting metrics data, and conducting audits. Performing Value creation and KM activities. Creating project plans and keeping track of schedule for on-time delivery as per the defined quality standards. Ensuring process improvement and compliance, participating in technical design discussions, and reviewing technical documents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
